KOTTAYAM: The Kerala Governor Justice (Retd.) P Sathasivam, in his capability as Chancellor, has appointed Sabu Thomas, Professor, School of Chemical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, as Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam in the exercise of the powers conferred by way of Section 10 of the Mahatma Gandhi University Act 1985 (Act 12 of 1985) and the UGC Regulations, 2010.
