BENGALURU: Revenue minister RV Deshpande on Sunday advised Prime Minister Narendra Modi to reply to the slowing economy through slashing goods and offerings tax (GST) quotes, which he stated, will deliver a leg-up to the manufacturing zone in these instances of significant crisis. The minister, who has written a letter to the Prime Minister congratulating him on the NDA’s win, told ET that the GST slabs are simply one or two in many elements of the developed world. “We have the height fee of 28% which I suppose is very high. The economy is in a horrific shape these days and the producing zone is in deep pain.
